Effective 30 August 2026. How Flipbloom handles information.
Summary
Flipbloom is a hosted, multi-tenant product. It processes only the information needed to provide the service to an organisation and its authorised members. DWMM Holdings does not sell personal information and does not use product data for advertising or cross-context behavioural tracking.
Information processed
Organisation, membership and access information — a member’s name, email address and role, as provided by the organisation or its administrator.
The records, documents and files authorised members create or upload in order to use Flipbloom.
Limited technical and security information such as sign-in events and service logs, used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used and shared
To authenticate members, enforce workspace permissions, provide the requested features, maintain security and answer support requests. Authorised members of the same organisation may see information their role permits them to access.
The service runs on Firebase, a Google service, which provides the application infrastructure and data storage and processes information only to provide that infrastructure. Product data is not disclosed to advertising networks or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Organisation records and product data are retained while the organisation uses the service, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, accounting or contractual reasons. An authorised administrator may request account or workspace deletion. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable operational period, subject to secure backup and legal-retention requirements.
Your choices and contact
Members should first contact their organisation administrator to update account information, change access or request deletion. You may also contact us directly; we may need to verify that a requester is authorised before acting.

Changes
Changes are posted here with a new effective date. Where a material change affects how the service handles personal information, notice appropriate to the change is given before it takes effect.
