The suite on a phone
One application covering all four products on iOS and Android, rather than four mobile teams and four things to learn. Work is proceeding product by product, starting with the tasks that genuinely belong on a phone rather than a desk.
- Soldi on mobile: capture an expense with the camera, approve, and read reports
- Ciclo and Trama on mobile: read, search and approve
- Safe-area tokens in the shared platform, so every product handles a notch identically
- An enforced minimum touch-target size across the design system

A safety net the suite can rely on
Four products on one schema means a change in the shared layer can break a product nobody was working on. This group is about finding that out from a test rather than from a customer.
- Continuous integration and an automated test net across all four products
- A restore drill in staging, proving the backups are restorable
- Schema conformance errors that say what is wrong, not just that something is
