Effective August 30, 2026. How Honeycomb handles information.
Summary
Honeycomb is a hosted, multi-tenant product. It processes only the information needed to provide the service to an organization and its authorized members. DWMM Holdings doesn't sell personal information and doesn't use product data for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking.
Information processed
Organization, membership, and access information: a member’s name, email address, and role, as provided by the organization or its administrator.
The records, documents, and files that authorized members create or upload while using Honeycomb.
Limited technical and security information, such as sign-in events and service logs, used to run, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used and shared
We use it to authenticate members, enforce workspace permissions, provide the features you ask for, keep the service secure, and answer support requests. Authorized members of the same organization can see whatever information their role gives them access to.
The service runs on Firebase, a Google service. Firebase provides the application infrastructure and data storage, and processes information only to provide that infrastructure. Product data isn’t disclosed to advertising networks or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Organization records and product data are kept while the organization uses the service, unless security, legal, accounting, or contractual reasons require keeping them longer. An authorized administrator can request deletion of an account or workspace. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable operational period, subject to secure backup and legal retention requirements.
Your choices and contact
Members should first contact their organization’s administrator to update account information, change access, or request deletion. You can also contact us directly, though we may need to verify that you’re authorized before we act on a request.
