KiCad Libraries is engineering material. Boards, firmware and libraries published here are intended for development and evaluation. They have not been submitted for EMC, safety or radio type approval, and no certification mark is claimed for them.
Before you build on it
A design taken to production is your design. Confirm component availability and lifecycle, re-run the design rules against your fabricator’s capability, and carry out the compliance testing the product’s market requires.
Where a board interfaces with a vehicle bus, mains, or anything that can move or heat, treat the reference material as a starting point and not as a qualified design.
Errata
Known issues are recorded in the repository rather than quietly fixed. If you find one that is not listed, tell us and it will be.
