License

Subject to these terms, DWMM Holdings grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pi Display on hardware you own or control.

What you can’t do

Don’t use Pi Display to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or against a system you aren’t authorized to access.

Don’t remove or hide proprietary notices, and don’t present the product as your own work.

Don’t try to get around a security control, a rate limit, or a license check.

Ownership

DWMM Holdings keeps all right, title, and interest in Pi Display, including its source code, design, and marks. Anything you create with it belongs to you.

Third-party services

If the product works with a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by that provider’s terms. Its availability and pricing are outside our control.

Warranty and liability

Pi Display is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It’s in development, so treat it that way.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWMM Holdings isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the product. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Your license ends if you stop using the product or materially breach these terms.
