Terms of use
Effective 30 August 2026. The terms on which rev-local is made available.
Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using rev-local, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Licence
Subject to these terms, DWMM Holdings grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run rev-local against repositories and systems you are authorised to work on.
What you may not do
Do not use rev-local to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or against a system you are not authorised to access.
Do not remove or obscure proprietary notices, and do not represent the product as your own work.
Do not attempt to circumvent a security control, a rate limit or a licence check.
Ownership
DWMM Holdings retains all right, title and interest in rev-local, including its source, design and marks. You retain everything you create with it — your work product is yours.
Third-party services
Where the product interoperates with a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by that provider’s terms, and their availability and pricing are outside our control.
Warranty and liability
rev-local is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is in development; treat it accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWMM Holdings is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Your licence ends if you stop using the product or materially breach these terms.
