Docker sandboxes so coding agents can run without restrictions, safely
Project brief
Agent Lab lets Codex and Claude Code run in their no-restrictions modes while Docker keeps them inside the one project folder you mount. If something goes wrong, the damage stays in the container.
Logins for the agent CLIs, GitHub and Google Cloud are kept in Docker named volumes. They carry over between sessions but never show up in the sandbox’s files. A single install script sets up a new machine.
What’s included
• Unrestricted agent modes, limited to the project folder you mount
• Credentials kept in Docker named volumes, outside the sandbox’s files
• One install script, and images build the first time you use them
• The same commands for logins and MCP servers across both agent CLIs
