Andare Code / Support
The listener between queued work and a coding agent
Andare Code is the desktop companion that watches work assigned in Andare, runs it in the mapped repository and returns the outcome to the issue.
What it does
Map each workspace to its repository, choose the permitted autonomy settings and review streamed agent output as tasks run. The daemon returns the result to the originating Andare issue so the record remains connected to the work.
For a run issue, include the workspace, issue reference, repository mapping and a non-sensitive error excerpt. Remove credentials, access tokens and proprietary code from support messages.
Getting help
For help with Andare Code, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
