Description
Andare is the project tracking product in the Bottega suite — boards, backlog, sprints, workflows, automation rules and realtime notifications, in the spirit of Jira but built for teams who resent the ceremony.
It carries its own query language (AQL) for saved searches, an append-only decision log, and realtime presence across every board. Every behaviour is specified before it is built: the repository keeps a specification, a phased build plan and a deviations log alongside the code, and the tests run against the Firebase Emulator Suite.
