Andare is Bottega’s project tracker, with boards, backlogs, sprints and automation.
What it does
Work starts with a project and a board, then moves through the backlog, planning and whatever workflow states your team has set up. Saved AQL searches, notifications and realtime presence help people find the work they need.
If an issue, sprint or automation isn’t behaving as expected, note the project, board, issue key and state transition involved before you ask for help.
Getting help
For help with Andare, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organization’s access. They can check your membership, role and the affected workspace before passing the issue on.
When you contact DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a short description of what happened, and any steps to reproduce it that don’t involve sensitive data. Don’t send passwords, payment card information or other sensitive information by email.
