Andare is Bottega’s project tracker for boards, backlogs, sprints, automation and the decisions that shape delivery.
What it does
Work begins with a project and board, then moves through the backlog, planning and workflow states your team has configured. Saved AQL searches, notifications and realtime presence help the right people find the work that matters.
If an issue, sprint or automation does not behave as expected, record the project, board, issue key and the state transition involved before asking for help.
Getting help
For help with Andare, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
