Bottega Mobile brings Andare, Soldi, Ciclo and Trama to iOS and Android through one mobile app and the same organisation membership model.
What it does
Sign in with the same Bottega membership used on the web, select the product you need and work within the capabilities your organisation has enabled. The mobile shell keeps product-specific logic inside the product rather than creating a separate data model.
For a mobile-specific issue, include the device type, operating-system version, Bottega product and the action that failed. Do not send account passwords in a support request.
Getting help
For help with Bottega Mobile, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
