Plays video inside Microsoft Excel by treating each cell as a pixel
Project brief
CellVision resizes worksheet cells into a square grid, streams frames from a video file with OpenCV, and paints each frame by setting cell fill colours — or ASCII characters — over COM.
It is a novelty, and it is honest about that. Excel was not consulted.
What is included
• Worksheet grid repurposed as a framebuffer, one cell per pixel
• Colour-fill and ASCII rendering modes
• Frame streaming over COM with a prepared canvas to keep the write path cheap
