Ciclo is Bottega’s product lifecycle management app for components, revisions, bills of materials and engineering change orders.
What it does
Components move through a Draft, Review, Released and Obsolete lifecycle. Bills of materials and where-used views connect those components, while engineering change orders provide the approval path for controlled change.
For a lifecycle or approval issue, include the component or ECO reference, current lifecycle state and the role that is unable to proceed.
Getting help
For help with Ciclo, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
