Ciclo is Bottega’s product lifecycle management app for components, revisions, bills of materials and engineering change orders.
What it does
Components move through Draft, Review, Released and Obsolete. Bills of materials and where-used views show how components connect, and engineering change orders are how changes get approved.
For a lifecycle or approval issue, include the component or ECO reference, the current lifecycle state and the role that’s blocked.
Getting help
For help with Ciclo, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organization’s access. They can check your membership, role and the affected workspace before passing the issue on.
When you contact DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a short description of what happened, and any steps to reproduce it that don’t involve sensitive data. Don’t send passwords, payment card information or other sensitive information by email.
