@dwmm/platform / Privacy policy

Privacy policy

Effective 30 August 2026. This policy describes how @dwmm/platform handles information as the shared service layer for Bottega products.

Summary

@dwmm/platform is part of the Bottega Suite. It processes only the information needed to provide the product to an organisation and its authorised members. DWMM Holdings does not sell personal information or use product data for advertising or cross-context behavioural tracking.

Information processed

The shared Bottega account service processes organisation, membership and access information, including a member’s name, email address and role when provided by the organisation or its administrator. It also processes the product records and files that authorised members create or upload to use the service.

The shared layer processes the account, membership, access-control and technical information necessary to provide common Bottega services; it does not create a separate customer data silo.

We also process limited technical and security information, such as sign-in events and service logs, to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to authenticate members, enforce workspace permissions, provide the requested product features, maintain security and respond to support requests. Authorised members of the same organisation may see information that their role permits them to access.

Bottega uses Firebase, a Google service, to provide the shared application infrastructure and data storage. Firebase processes information only to provide that infrastructure under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments. We do not disclose product data to advertising networks or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Organisation records and product data are retained while the organisation uses the service, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, accounting or contractual purposes. An authorised organisation administrator may request account or workspace deletion by contacting DWMM Holdings. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable operational period, subject to secure backup and legal-retention requirements.

Your choices and contact

Members should first contact their organisation administrator to update account information, change access or request deletion. You may also contact DWMM Holdings to ask a privacy question or make a request. We may need to verify that the requester is authorised before acting on a request.
