Soldi is Bottega’s accounting product, built around a double-entry ledger and an auditable business cycle from transaction to report.
What it does
Posted documents are recorded through the ledger; corrections are made by reversal rather than silently changing history. Bank feeds, imports, invoices, expenses and reconciliation all lead into the reporting record.
For a posting or report question, include the company, reporting period, document reference and the report basis you were using. Do not send bank credentials or full payment-card details to support.
Getting help
For help with Soldi, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
