A full-parity replacement for the Windows 11 Task Manager
Project brief
An exact-parity rebuild of the Windows 11 Task Manager: every page, column, action, dialog and setting, and deliberately nothing more.
It is built on WinUI 3 with native interop through CsWin32 plus hand-written bindings for the ntdll APIs the source generator does not expose. The specification opens with a feasibility audit of which Task Manager metrics are actually reachable from user mode — the constraint that shapes the whole build.
What is included
• Feature parity as the explicit goal, with a parity checklist tracked against the real application
• WinUI 3 on Windows App SDK, unpackaged, x64 and ARM64
• Native interop via CsWin32 with hand-written ntdll bindings where required
