Effective 30 August 2026. This policy describes how the current version of CRATEWAVE handles information.
Summary
CRATEWAVE is designed as a single-player game. The current version does not require an account and does not collect, sell or share personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling or tracking.
Information the game handles
The game stores gameplay progress and game settings on the device so your collection, pull history and preferences can work. This information is not intended to identify you and is not sent to DWMM Holdings by the game.
CRATEWAVE does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera or advertising identifier to provide its gameplay features.
No tracking or third-party sharing
The current version does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or a user-data-sharing service. DWMM Holdings does not sell personal information. If a future version adds a feature that changes these practices, we will update this policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures before the change is released.
Retention and deletion
Gameplay data remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete local game data by deleting the app from your device; where iOS offers an app-data removal option, that can also remove the local data. Because the current version does not receive gameplay data, DWMM Holdings has no server-side gameplay profile to delete.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the details needed to respond. We use it only to provide support, keep it only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet record-keeping obligations, and do not sell or use it for advertising.
Your choices and contact
You may choose not to contact support. To ask a question about this policy or request deletion of a support message, email DWMM Holdings at the address below. We may need enough information to locate the message and verify the request.

Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes to how the game handles information will be reflected in the app and, where applicable, in App Store privacy disclosures before release.
