What it is
An exact-parity rebuild of the Windows 11 Task Manager: every page, column, action, dialog and setting, and deliberately nothing more.
It is built on WinUI 3 with native interop through CsWin32 plus hand-written bindings for the ntdll APIs the source generator does not expose. The specification opens with a feasibility audit of which Task Manager metrics are actually reachable from user mode — the constraint that shapes the whole build.
