What it does
A rebuild of the Windows 11 Task Manager, feature for feature.
It’s built on WinUI 3, using CsWin32 for native calls plus hand-written bindings for the ntdll functions CsWin32 doesn’t cover. The spec starts by working out which Task Manager numbers can actually be read from user mode, since that decides what the rest of the build can do.

The feature checklist covers every page, and every column, action, dialog and setting on it. When the list is done, so is TaskMan. Right now it’s a prototype in C# on .NET 8, and there’s nothing to download.
