Trama / Privacy policy

Privacy policy

Effective August 30, 2026. This policy explains how Trama handles information as a Bottega product.

In development Private Back to project overview

Summary

Trama is part of the Bottega Suite. It processes only the information it needs to provide the product to an organization and its authorized members. DWMM Holdings doesn’t sell personal information, and doesn’t use product data for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking.

Information processed

The shared Bottega account service processes organization, membership and access information. That includes a member’s name, email address and role when the organization or its administrator provides them. It also processes the product records and files that authorized members create or upload while using the service.

Trama processes spaces, page titles and content, page ordering, wikilinks, backlinks, search indexes, comments and attachments that authorized members create or upload.

We also process a limited amount of technical and security information, like sign-in events and service logs, to run, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used and shared

We use information to authenticate members, enforce workspace permissions, provide requested product features, keep the service secure and answer support requests. Authorized members of the same organization may see information their role allows them to access.

Bottega uses Firebase, a Google service, for its shared application infrastructure and data storage. Firebase processes information only to provide that infrastructure, under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments. We don’t disclose product data to advertising networks or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

We keep organization records and product data while the organization uses the service, unless security, legal, accounting or contractual reasons require a longer period. An authorized organization administrator can ask DWMM Holdings to delete an account or workspace. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable operational period, subject to secure backup and legal retention requirements.

Your choices and contact

To update account information, change access or request deletion, members should contact their organization administrator first. You can also contact DWMM Holdings with a privacy question or request. We may need to verify that you’re authorized before acting on a request.
