Help with spaces, pages and links
Trama is Bottega’s documentation product, with spaces, an ordered page tree, wikilinks and backlinks.
What it does
Create pages in a space, organize them in the page tree and connect them with wikilinks. Trama turns those links into backlinks, so each page shows what links to it.
For a page, search or access issue, include the space, the page title or URL and the member role involved. If a title or reference is enough, leave confidential content out of the email.
Getting help
For help with Trama, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organization’s access. They can check your membership, role and the affected workspace before passing the issue on.
When you contact DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a short description of what happened, and any steps to reproduce it that don’t involve sensitive data. Don’t send passwords, payment card information or other sensitive information by email.
