Trama is Bottega’s documentation product: spaces, an ordered page tree, wikilinks and the backlink graph that keeps context connected.
What it does
Create pages in a space, organise them in the page tree and use wikilinks to connect ideas. Trama resolves those links into backlinks so a page shows the documentation that points to it.
For a page, search or access issue, include the space, page title or URL and the member role involved. Avoid placing confidential content in an email when a title or reference is enough.
Getting help
For help with Trama, start with the workspace administrator who manages your organisation’s access. They can confirm membership, roles and the affected workspace before escalating an issue.
When contacting DWMM Holdings, include the product name, a concise description of what happened and any non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information by email.
