Acceptable use

What you can and can’t point Avidex at.

Getting authorization is your responsibility

Avidex acts on the systems, repositories, and data you point it at. You’re responsible for having the right to do that. Running it against a codebase, account, or network you aren’t authorized to work on breaches these terms, whatever the tool technically allows.

Prohibited uses

Building or distributing malware, credential harvesters, or tools meant for unauthorized access.

Automated abuse of a third-party service, such as scraping in breach of its terms, evading rate limits, or getting around access controls.

Processing material you’re prohibited from processing, including data you hold under a confidentiality obligation that the product’s data flow would breach.

Members and administrators

An organization’s administrator is responsible for who gets invited, what role each person has, and what happens to their access when they leave. The product enforces the permissions it’s given, but it can’t make those decisions for you.

Reporting

Report abuse or a suspected security issue to DWMM Holdings at the address below. Describe the kind of problem, and please don’t send a working exploit.

Write to dmoore@dwmmholdings.com. Include the product name and a short description. Please don’t send credentials or other sensitive information by email.
