Terms of use
Effective August 30, 2026. The terms Avidex is made available under.
Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using Avidex, you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you’re authorized to bind it.
License
Subject to these terms and to your organization’s agreement with DWMM Holdings, authorized members may access and use Avidex for that organization’s internal business purposes.
What you can’t do
Don’t use Avidex to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or against a system you aren’t authorized to access.
Don’t remove or hide proprietary notices, and don’t present the product as your own work.
Don’t try to get around a security control, a rate limit, or a license check.
Ownership
DWMM Holdings keeps all right, title, and interest in Avidex, including its source code, design, and marks. Anything you create with it belongs to you.
Third-party services
If the product works with a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by that provider’s terms. Its availability and pricing are outside our control.
Warranty and liability
Avidex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It’s in development, so treat it that way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWMM Holdings isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the product. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Your license ends if you stop using the product or materially breach these terms.
