Refund policy
Effective 30 August 2026. 30 days from purchase, for any reason or none.
The policy
If it does not work for you, ask within 30 days and the purchase is refunded. No form, no reason required, and no obligation to prove anything.
Software this cheap is not worth arguing about. The refund exists so that buying it is a smaller decision than reading this sentence, and it will be honoured on the strength of the email alone.
How to ask
Email dmoore@dwmmholdings.com from the address you bought with, or quote the Stripe receipt number. A sentence is enough — you do not have to explain what went wrong, and you will not be asked to.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. How quickly it reappears is your bank’s business rather than ours; a few working days is typical.

What happens to the licence
A refunded purchase ends the licence to use Fileporter. There is no licence server and no remote switch, so nothing stops the software running — removing it is on your honour, and that is deliberate. A product that could disable itself on our say-so would be a product that phones home, and Fileporter is sold on the promise that it does not.
Beyond the window
After 30 days the sale is final as a matter of policy. In practice, if Fileporter is broken in a way that is our fault, write anyway — a defect is a defect regardless of what day it is.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country, including any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
