Your Fileporter key
Your payment went through, but the key is taking longer than it should. It will arrive by email. If it hasn’t within the hour, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Stripe hasn’t confirmed the payment yet. Some payment methods take a while. Your key will be emailed as soon as it’s confirmed.

Install it
Get the macOS or Windows build from the download page. Every computer starts with a 14-day trial, so you can set them up before you enter the key.
Activate each computer
In Fileporter, open Config, paste the key into the Licence field and press Activate. That one request is the only time the app contacts us. After it, the license is checked on the computer itself, offline.
Up to 5 at a time
The key covers 5 computers at once, Windows or macOS. When you retire one, release its seat from Config, or from My computers if it’s gone. A key can release 3 seats in any 30 days.
The iPhone app is free
Fileporter for iPhone is free on the App Store and needs no key.
