CRATEWAVE / Privacy policy
Privacy policy
Effective August 30, 2026. This policy explains how the current version of CRATEWAVE handles information.
Summary
CRATEWAVE is a single-player game. The current version doesn’t require an account, and it doesn’t collect, sell or share personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling or tracking.
Information the game handles
The game stores your progress and settings on your device so your collection, pull history and preferences work. This information isn’t meant to identify you, and the game doesn’t send it to DWMM Holdings.
CRATEWAVE doesn’t ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera or advertising identifier to provide its gameplay features.
No tracking or third-party sharing
The current version doesn’t include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or a user-data-sharing service. DWMM Holdings doesn’t sell personal information. If a future version adds a feature that changes any of this, we’ll update this policy and the relevant App Store privacy disclosures before the change is released.
Retention and deletion
Gameplay data stays on your device until you remove it. Deleting the app deletes the local game data. If iOS offers an option to remove app data, that can remove it too. The current version doesn’t receive gameplay data, so DWMM Holdings has no server-side gameplay profile to delete.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the details we need to respond. We use it only to provide support. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet record-keeping obligations, and we don’t sell it or use it for advertising.
Your choices and contact
Contacting support is optional. To ask about this policy or to have a support message deleted, email DWMM Holdings at the address below. We may need enough information to find the message and verify the request.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes to how the game handles information will be reflected in the app, and in the App Store privacy disclosures where applicable, before they’re released.
