How CRATEWAVE works
CRATEWAVE is about opening cases, collecting what’s inside and building showpieces. There’s no combat, no opponents and nobody to keep up with.
The loop
Browse the case shop, open a case, then look at what you pulled in your stash. Any item can go into a showpiece, stay in the collection book or be used in a trade-up.
The workshop, market and trade-up bench are where you work on your collection. Pull history and odds are in the game, so you can always see the record of every opening.
Fair-play information
Case odds are shown in the game. The pull history lets you look back over your results, and the pity counter shows your progress across repeated openings.
If something looks wrong, include the case, item and pull history details when you contact support. That gives us enough to start with, without asking for personal information we don’t need.
