CRATEWAVE / Support
A collection game, explained
CRATEWAVE is built around opening, collecting and composing — no combat, no opponents, and no pressure to keep up with another player.
The loop
Browse the case shop, open a case, then inspect what you pulled in the stash. Every item can become part of a showpiece, stay in the collection book, or contribute to a trade-up.
The workshop, market and trade-up bench are the three places where a collection becomes something more deliberate. Pull history and odds are available in the game so the record of every opening stays visible.
Fair-play information
Case odds are disclosed in-game. The pull history is designed to make outcomes reviewable, and the pity counter provides a visible path through repeated openings.
If something looks wrong, include the affected case, item and pull-history details when you contact support. That gives us a useful starting point without asking for unnecessary personal information.
