Your company starts with ₵1,000, 200 alloy, a workshop and one hangar.

A simulation of one production line, using the playable build’s own costs, timers and refusal messages. The clock runs 10× faster than the game and pauses when you scroll away. Placement bonuses, charters and the airfield are left out.

The game

A mobile base-builder about running an aircraft company.

Skyfoundry is a mobile base-builder set in an aviation company. You grow your manufacturer’s airport campus, train a fleet in your hangars, and fly short Takeover Runs against rival companies’ airports for loot and reputation.

  1. 01

An airport campus to grow, with hangars that train and hold your fleet

  2. 02

Takeover Runs against rival companies’ airports

  3. 03

The earlier prototype is playable: facilities, research, aircraft assembly and deliveries

  4. 04

Built in Godot for portrait phones, with an unsigned iPhone build that compiles

The roster

Four aircraft, from trainer to regional jet.

The Scout is ready from the start. Each design after it costs research to unlock, and needs a bigger headquarters and a better-certified runway than the last. Build times are at a level 1 hangar. Upgrading the hangar makes them shorter.

Where it stands

Playable, and being reworked.

Skyfoundry started as a browser game. The playable build is a native Godot port of it, checked against recorded playthroughs of the original, and the panel above runs on that build’s numbers. In late September I started reworking it into a base-builder: you grow your company’s airport campus, train a fleet in its hangars, and fly short Takeover Runs against rival companies’ airports. Nobody gets hurt and nothing gets destroyed. That work is in progress, so the loop above is going to change.
